A background in sales or real estate is preferable but not required. All we look for is a friendly face, integrity, a willingness to learn, and most important, an adventurous spirit.
Possible starting positions include Buyer's Agent, Listing Specialist, Transaction Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant. It may be necessary to obtain a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License to fill one or more of these positions. For many candidates licensing can be accomplished in as few as two or three months.
